Develop and implement category strategies to optimise costs and manage supply risks.
Conduct supply market analysis, spend analysis, and supplier base assessments to support category planning.
Partner with internal stakeholders to develop and execute sourcing strategies, including identifying joint sourcing opportunities across business units where appropriate.
Lead end-to-end sourcing activities for the assigned category, including defining scope, supporting technical evaluations, conducting total cost of ownership (TCO) analysis, leading commercial negotiations, and collaborating with Legal on contract finalisation.
Manage contract development and administration in partnership with Legal and relevant stakeholders.
Build strong working relationships with stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business objectives.
Monitor, manage, and drive supplier performance to ensure quality, cost, and delivery expectations are met.
Lead regular business reviews and performance discussions with key suppliers.
Skills For Success
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent practical experience.
Relevant experience in procurement and category management.
Experience in data centres, construction, or mechanical and electrical (M&E) equipment.
Demonstrated experience in commercial negotiations and contracting.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
