The team you will be a part of

Central Industrial Engineering Team in Latin America Region.This team is responsible for early integration with product development teams, accelerate total cost reduction programs, lead strategic supply chain projects and coordinate cross-functional capability development initiatives.

This Role In Summary

This position is responsible for defining the long-term industrial routemap for the Latin America Region (LAR) organization. This role bridges the gap between tactical industrial engineering execution and corporate strategy, leading the Upfront Planning Process in ISC (Integrated Supply Chain) organization, and designing the future-state to ensure scalability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Develop Integrated Strategic Routemap: Create and maintain a strategy aligned with global and regional business objectives, connected with product, marketing, factories and technology routemaps.
  • Lead the Planning Process in ISC Structure, through strong connections with all Industrial Engineering Teams in the factories and other functional areas.
  • Deliver a E2E strategic drivers pool for Latin America Region, including long-term Manufacturing Footprint.
  • Lead the evaluation, justification, and deployment of large-scale capital projects. This includes ROI analysis, vendor selection, and implementation oversight for new technologies.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the primary liaison among Factory Operations, Marketing, Product Engineering, Factory Industrial Engineering, Finance, Purchasing, Supply Chain and other areas to ensure integrated planning and execution.
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing team of Industrial Engineers, fostering technical growth and strategic thinking.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Production Engineering or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Industrial Engineering, with at least 4 years in leadership of technical and strategic planning.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with logical and structured thinking.
  • Executive presence: ability to present complex technical data to C-level executives in a clear and persuasive way.
  • Change management: proven ability to lead organizations through large-scale product, process or technological transformations.
  • Proven Project Management skills.
  • Proven Business Case elaboration and management skills, including P&L impact, NPV and IRR calculations.
  • Advanced IE Principles: Expert knowledge of WCM EEM & EPM Pillars, facility design, work measurement, modeling & simulation, ergonomics and systems integration.
  • Fluent in English language.

  • Knowledge and experience in statistical tools.
  • Data Literacy: ability to leverage big data and analytics to drive decision making.
  • WCM (all pillars) knowledge and experience.
  • Ability to lead and develop teams to solve complex and strategic problems in industrial facilities.
  • Experience in application of Agile Methodologies.
  • Global Mindset: Experience managing projects across different geographies and cultural contexts.
