Key Responsibilities
- Warehouse Operations
- Receive, check, and record incoming goods, materials, and equipment.
- Properly store items according to warehouse layout and safety requirements.
- Pick, pack, and issue materials based on job orders or delivery requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse at all times.
- Inventory Control
- Conduct regular stock checks and assist in monthly/annual inventory audits.
- Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and tracking of all items.
- Update stock records and inventory system accurately and promptly.
- Report any discrepancies or damages to the supervisor.
- Forklift Operation
- Operate forklift, pallet jack, and lifting equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload goods from trucks and containers.
- Ensure proper handling of heavy or bulky materials to prevent damage or injury.
- Perform basic daily checks and report forklift maintenance issues.
- Safety & Compliance
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
- Ensure proper use of PPE and maintain a safe working environment.
- Assist in implementing safety improvements and housekeeping initiatives.

Requirements
Education & Experience
- Minimum Secondary education or equivalent.
- At least 1–3 years of warehouse experience preferred.
Licenses & Certifications
- Valid Forklift License (WSQ Operate Forklift certification).
- Safety certifications (e.g., OSHA, WSQ) will be an advantage.
Skills
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory systems.
- Able to handle physical work and lift heavy items when required.
- Basic computer skills (inventory entry, simple data updates).
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
