Brand Intern - Chaumet Singapore

Les missions

We are actively looking for a Brand Intern to be based in our office in Singapore. Reporting to the Retail Director, the intern will be responsible for a wide spectrum of retail management scope, including ensuring the smooth and efficient process of retail logistics, retail operations and client relationship management activities.

Retail Logistics

  • Collaborate with Hong Kong regional team to track all shipments from Hong Kong to Southeast Asia boutiques (via Temis) and ensure that all the proper permits are issued for customs clearance
  • Manage customs clearance processes, including coordinating with any relevant parties to resolve shipment delays, if any.
  • Organize and process documents for weekly FedEx shipments to Hong Kong, including filing and routing documents as required.

Retail Operations & Visual Merchandising (VM)

  • Assist the Retail Director with monthly sales data extraction, consolidation and reporting.
  • Prepare presentations for monthly retail meetings, business reviews, and post-event activation ROI analysis.
  • Oversee the full cycle of aftersales service, coordinating with third party workshops and HQ to manage any repairs, quotations and returns.
  • Coordinate with Retail teams to address the boutique’s supply needs (e.g. packaging)
  • Visual Merchandising (VM) - Liaise with Hong Kong team to coordinate any VM activities, including flower arrangements and monthly boutique’s visual uploads, and ensure that the boutiques' and any ad-hoc campaigns are compliant with all VM guidelines

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Events

  • Support in the development, execution, and recap of all brand events and client activations with our internal boutique staff
  • Support in-store client activations by coordinating with vendors, arranging food tastings, managing deliveries, and negotiating pricing.
  • Gather customer feedback and contribute to strategies aimed at improving customer satisfaction.

Administrative Support

  • Assist in verifying and processing vendor and supplier invoices and ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of any financial transactions.
  • Prepare and process claims, and verify store claims for approval
  • Handle any other ad-hoc assignments and special projects as needed.

Votre profil

  • Diploma Holder / Undergraduates pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business or any related field.
  • Background or experience in Logistics and Supply Chain would be a plus
  • Diligent and willing to learn while being able to work autonomously
  • Good organization skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team player and positive can-do attitude
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT)
