Job Description
- Leads strategic transformation programs across the organization, ensuring timely delivery and measurable business impact.
- Collaborates with initiative owners and senior leaders to develop and execute implementation plans aligned with the Group’s business strategy.
- Guides the team in process analysis and data‑driven assessments to support ideation, identify opportunities, and conduct problem‑solving deep dives.
- Establishes robust reporting mechanisms and program governance structures to track progress and ensure accountability for key deliverables.
- Provides secretarial support to management and board committees, performing committee‑related duties as required.
Job Requirements
- Holds a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
- Possesses 8–10 years of experience in transformation, strategy, process excellence, or program management, with a proven track record of leading enterprise‑wide initiatives.
- Demonstrates strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Exhibits analytical and problem‑solving skills with proficiency in data‑driven decision‑making.
- Communicates effectively with strong presentation abilities.
- Results‑oriented and adaptable to a dynamic and fast‑changing business environment.
