You are responsible for the management of Whole of Government (WoG) Networks and Digital Work Place led by GovTech at Inter-Ministry level.
What You Will Be Working On
Liaise with GovTech and DSTA Procurement Management Team during project phase to ensure MINDEF/SAF requirements are registered and met
Assume the Operations Manager role in Operations and Support (O&S) Phase
Oversee and manage WoG Networks and Digital Work Place together with DSTA System Managers to ensure MINDEF/SAF users’ needs are addressed and issues resolved expediently
Challenge(s)
Being familiar with IT network, operations, access control, and client device management and users experience/interface design considerations
Working independently and communicating across multiple agencies within MINDEF/SAF as well as across Whole-of-Government Ministries and Statutory Boards
What We Are Looking For
Education in Information Technology or a related field
At least 6 years of relevant work experience in IT networks operations
Competencies in IT network, operations, access control, and client device management and users experience/interface design considerations is preferred
Prior experience and knowledge in IT project management is preferred/advantageous
Familiarity with IT network, operations, access control, and client device management
Strong communication skills to work across multiple agencies and ministries
Ability to work independently and manage complex stakeholder relationships
