We are responsible for finding the root cause of vulnerabilities and making practical improvements based on Hyundai Motor Group's advanced analysis capabilities in the vehicle and IT security fields.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will define cybersecurity work in a practical and future-oriented way and carry out work centered on hand-on to provide customers with safe vehicles from a cybersecurity perspective and protect our IT assets from external attacks.
■ Vehicle and Product Security
- Monitoring global vehicle security issues and operating vulnerability reporting channels
- Performing incident reproduction to identify root causes and drive corrective actions
- Supporting Post-Production compliance for cybersecurity regulations (UNECE R-155)
- Conducting security assessments and providing guidance for new business areas (e.g., EV charging systems, robotics)
■ IT Asset Attack Surface Management
- Continuously managing threats across enterprise IT asset attack surfaces including group companies and partners
- Adding modules to and operating in-house developed vulnerability scanners
- Researching methodologies for AI utilization in security assessments and defense, and analyzing risks associated with AI implementation
■ AD (Active Directory) Security
- Developing automation tools for Active Directory security policy compliance verification
- Developing solutions to enhance visibility of Active Directory attack pathways
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree related to Security or IT
- Minimum 3 years of of cybersecurity (or relevant) experience
- Proficiency in English (fluent in both written and oral business communication)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in supporting information security certifications/audits such as ISMS-P, ISO/IEC 27001, and ISO 21434
- Experience participating in vulnerability disclosure, bug bounty programs, and hacking competitions (e.g., CTFs)
