A joint venture company between Rolls-Royce Plc and SIA Engineering Company. The company first started operations in 2001 and has since become a market leader for both engine overhaul and component repair services.
As a result of sustained business growth, SAESL has continued to expand its facilities and develop new capabilities for both its engine overhaul and component repair businesses. The Engine Overhaul business has the capability to service all products in the Trent engine family, this includes Trent 500, Trent 700, Trent 800, Trent 900, Trent 1000 and Trent XWB; SAESL is the only Trent engine MRO that can support all product variants. The Engine Overhaul business has the capacity to repair and overhaul over 300 Trent engines per year and it is equipped with a state-of-the-art Engine Test Facility that supports our best-in-class engine turnaround times.

Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for liaising with vendors to ensure parts are delivered on time for the build.
- Accountability for ensuring parts and paperwork are in place before the warehouse batches the parts, as well as supporting ad-hoc operational requests for sourcing and sending parts out for repair
- Responsible for liaising with vendors within the Approved Vendor List (AVL) regarding spare parts purchases, subcontracted repair jobs, and sourcing activities
- Manage and process all parts that are required to send to outhouse, raising purchase orders (PO) to approved vendor
- Monitor, evaluate and conduct vendor performance
- Co-ordinate and expedite the repair job, liaise with vendors on shipment or discrepancies as well as invoice queries
- Develop and build strategic partnership with vendors
- Liaising with Engineering to update the repair service number in the system (SAP) when there is a new repair service for the parts
- Managing and raising EPR orders for supply planning related purchases
Qualification / Experience
- Minimum Diploma
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- A good team player with a positive attitude
- Proficient in MS Office applications preferred
- Experience with SAP would be an advantage
