business strategy and technology, this role ensures that AI use cases, operating models, and architectures are tightly aligned to
partner‑led growth objectives across regions.
Key Responsibilities
- AI Business Strategy for Channel Partners
- Define the AI vision and multi‑year roadmap for partner‑led growth, aligned with corporate and regional go‑to‑market (GTM) strategies.
- Identify, prioritise, and shape AI use cases across the partner lifecycle, including partner scoring, lead routing, next‑best‑action, incentive optimisation, deal health, and personalised enablement.
- Establish clear business outcomes and KPIs (e.g., revenue growth, pipeline velocity, partner productivity, NPS) for each AI initiative and track performance against targets.
- Business Architecture Operating Model Design
- Map end‑to‑end partner journeys (recruit → onboard → enable → co‑sell → support → renew) and identify opportunities where AI can reduce friction or create differentiated partner experiences.
- Design future‑state business capabilities, processes, roles, and governance required to embed AI into partner management and field operations.
- Define target operating models that effectively orchestrate HQ, regional teams, distributors, resellers, and alliances around AI‑driven insights and workflows.
- Translating Business Needs into AI Data Requirements
- Translate business objectives into high‑level AI, data, and integration requirements for architecture, product, and engineering teams.
- Define partner‑centric data domains, including partner profiles, hierarchies, competencies, certifications, deal data, telemetry, marketing engagement, and service interactions.
- Collaborate with Data and AI Architects to ensure data models, features, and AI services support channel‑specific segmentation, metrics, and decisioning.
- Platform Ecosystem Alignment
- Shape how AI capabilities are embedded into core platforms such as PRM, CRM, CPQ, partner portals, learning platforms, and incentive systems.
- Partner with product owners to ensure partner‑facing UIs, workflows, and APIs surface AI insights in an actionable, transparent, and explainable manner.
- Coordinate with hyperscalers and strategic ISVs to leverage their AI ecosystems for partner programs, including marketplaces, co‑sell platforms, and joint solutions.
- Change Management Adoption
- Lead stakeholder engagement across regional sales leaders, partner managers, marketing, operations, and finance to drive alignment and buy‑in.
- Design adoption strategies, playbooks, and success stories that build trust in AI‑generated insights and drive sustained usage by partner managers and partners.
- Support training and enablement for internal teams and pilot partners, incorporating feedback to refine AI solutions and business rules.
- Governance Value Realisation
- Define business governance frameworks for AI in partner management, including decision rights, model oversight, exception handling, and feedback loops.
- Establish mechanisms to measure and optimise value realisation, such as A/B testing, control groups, and ROI tracking.
- Ensure responsible and compliant use of partner and customer data, in line with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
Preferred Skills Experience
- Experience in high‑tech, SaaS, cloud, or telecom environments with mature channel ecosystems.
- Practical exposure to AI/ML, LLMs, or advanced analytics applied to GTM, sales, or partner programs.
- Experience in regional or global roles based in Singapore, collaborating with offshore delivery centres (e.g., PRC, Malaysia) and local country teams.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin, enabling effective engagement with regional stakeholders and partners.
- Certifications or formal training in enterprise or business architecture, product management, or AI/analytics.
