The Engine Overhaul business has the capability to service all products in the Trent engine family, this includes: Trent 500, Trent 700, Trent 800, Trent 900, Trent 1000 and Trent XWB; SAESL is the only Trent engine MRO that can support all product variants. The Engine Overhaul business has the capacity to repair and overhaul over 300 Trent engines per year and it is equipped with a

Job Description
- Provide on-site technical support to Operations to resolve daily technical issues during shifts, minimising disruption to overall workflow and delivery plans.
- Liaise with RR Engineering Team to deliver timely disposition and approvals of TVs (Technical Variance) on inspection findings beyond limits and deviations from technical publications.
- Create and issue ad hoc work instructions to Operations. .
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance quality and efficiency.
Qualification/Experience
- Degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering. Candidates holding a relevant Diploma and work experience will also be considered
- Good knowledge of MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul) processes and technical publications.Good communication, analytical, engineering and project management skills.
- Strong communication skills with ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willing to work on-site on rotating shift schedule, including weekends.
