The Role

Job responsibilities:

Negotiate sales/purchases and manage commercial risks;
Jointly lead long term business development, formulating sales and procurement strategy;
Build strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and service providers;
Monitor commodity market trends, generating insights from price action;
Compile data, conduct research and perform analysis to support business decisions;
Ad-hoc traveling to visit counterparties and operating assets as and when required.

Requirements

Ideal Profile:

Degree in relevant discipline, demonstrated academic achievements,
Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience in related industry;
Strong analytical and strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset;
Self-driven team player with good interpersonal and listening skills;
An adept negotiator, always fostering trust with counterparties;
Systematic and organized, able to thrive under pressure and situational ambiguity;
Excellent written and spoken communication in English and Chinese to liaise with counterparts.
