Job Description:
Administer day-to-day HR operations, including but not limited to employee onboarding, employee engagement, payroll and other administrative tasks
Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems)
Execute processes and procedures, ensuring data integrity and internal controls are in place
Ensure that all escalated issues are handled in a timely manner and resolution is communicated to the appropriate stakeholders
Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making and compliance requirements
Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR operations and service delivery
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Experience in HR operations, HR administration, or a similar role
Strong understanding of HR policies, practices, and employment laws.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Passionate about people, services and culture
Have a strong affinity for hands-on execution and organizational skills
Fast learner, hardworking, highly accountable, detail-oriented and an efficient multi-tasker
Proficient in Google products (e.g. Docs, Sheets, Forms, Gmail etc)
