The Role
- Manage, support, and enhance enterprise-level Cisco network infrastructure across multiple high-security sites.
- Lead the configuration and management of Cisco Firepower and Cisco ASA firewalls to maintain a secure perimeter.
- Monitor network health and proactively resolve complex connectivity or performance issues to maintain high availability.
- Execute critical system patching, firmware updates, and security hardening across the entire network estate.
- Provide high-level technical support via ticketing systems, ensuring all service delivery meets strict SLAs.
What You'll Need
- At least 5+ years of experience in deep-level Cisco Network Engineering within an enterprise environment.
- Minimum CCNA certification (CCNP preferred) and a mastery of Routing and Switching protocols.
- Proven hands-on experience with Cisco Firepower and Cisco ASA management and configuration.
- Strong background in multi-site infrastructure, enterprise VPNs, and complex network troubleshooting.
- Excellent technical documentation skills and experience working within structured change management frameworks.
