Job Description
This role involves driving, equipment handling and supporting
Audio Visual (AV) setup operations for events across Singapore.
Only Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents will be considered. Applicants requiring work pass sponsorship are not eligible.
You will be responsible for transporting equipment and assisting with setup and teardown as part of an operations team.
This is not a driving-only role and includes physical work and on-site support in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive company vehicle safely for equipment deployment and return
- Load, unload and transport Audio Visual (AV) equipment to event venues
- Assist with setup and teardown of AV equipment (e.g. TVs, speakers, lighting, LED walls, stage)
- Lay cables neatly and safely during setups
- Follow packing lists and operational instructions carefully
- Support equipment testing when required
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and readiness
- Support warehouse organisation and equipment preparation
- Communicate clearly with the operations team
- Assist with basic troubleshooting during setups when needed
- Follow operational SOPs and safety practices
- Report any issues observed during jobs to the operations team
Requirements
- Valid Class 3 driving licence
- Comfortable driving vans for equipment deployment
- Physically fit and able to handle lifting of equipment
- Responsible, punctual and dependable
- Able to work under time pressure
- Comfortable with hands-on work
- Able to follow instructions carefully
- Good teamwork and communication
This role is not suitable for candidates looking for a driving-only job.
AV experience is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for suitable candidates.
Working Conditions
