About The Role
The Customer Experience Support role at Wainbee Limited is a vital position that combines customer service, store operation, and warehouse management. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about providing outstanding service and possess a strong technical background in hydraulics and pneumatics. As a Customer Experience Support person, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally. You will also be responsible for maintaining store displays, managing inventory levels, and supporting warehouse operations to ensure smooth and safe processes. Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates should possess relevant mechanical and technical education or proven experience in hydraulics and pneumatics. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is essential for effective communication and record-keeping. Candidates must demonstrate superior telephone manners and strong interpersonal skills to engage confidently with customers and team members. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required to facilitate clear and professional interactions across all organizational levels. A customer-focused attitude, problem-solving abilities, and keen attention to detail are crucial for success in this role. The role requires the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Physical demands include moderate physical activity, with the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Responsibilities
Store Operation & Customer Service
- Greet walk-in customers in a professional and welcoming manner, establishing a positive first impression.
- Assist customers in selecting products that meet their requirements, providing technical advice as needed.
- Build hydraulic and pneumatic hose assemblies utilizing provided tools, equipment, and training to ensure quality and safety standards.
- Pick, pack, and ship orders and transfers accurately and efficiently to meet customer expectations.
- Maintain store stock levels and product displays to ensure an organized, attractive, and safe environment.
- Participate actively in development training provided by the company and vendors to enhance skills and product knowledge.
- Provide complete and accurate information to supporting departments such as Purchasing, Credit, and Technical Services.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support store operations and customer satisfaction.
Warehouse
- Follow safety guidelines for warehouse access and operation of machinery to ensure a safe working environment.
- Receive, process, and report discrepancies in incoming orders such as POs and transfers, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Monitor transfers in transit and report any misalignments or issues promptly.
- Pack goods securely to ensure they arrive intact at the customer's or supplier's premises.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records within the inventory management system.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock of supplies at all times.
- Assist with the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse, including shelving, labeling, and general maintenance.
- Participate in periodic inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
