Job description:

Overall Function

The incumbent is responsible for liaising with the Bank customers on a daily basis on the execution of instructions tasked by the Banks, as well as on the production status of the Banks’ inventories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily coordination between bank customers and internal production team
  • Manage card inventory in production
  • Reporting of card status and inventory levels to the banks
  • Preparation of monthly billing reports
  • Ensure timeliness and accuracy in all scope of work
  • Participate in monthly card stock take with the banks

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in any field
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience
  • Comfortable working in production environment with experience managing inventory is an added advantage
  • High physical secured environment
  • No recording devices allowed
  • Team player & detail oriented person
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Mature in thinking
  • Highly organized and disciplined
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Excellent communication skills
