Perform shift duty and ensure smooth operations, maintenance, and emergency response of facilities systems.
Execute system hook up and continuous improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency.
Control costs by identifying opportunities for cost reduction and engaging in cost-saving activities.
Manage vendors and evaluate second-source vendors to ensure the availability of required resources.
Plan and order critical spares and consumables items to maintain uninterrupted operations.
Develop and review operational procedures and work instructions to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical & Electronic, Chemical Engineering, or other engineering-related fields.
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in operations or maintenance of plant facilities systems.
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving abilities to overcome work challenges and troubleshoot system issues.
