Salary And Benefits
- $2,200 – $2,600/month
- Up to 2 months bonus (performance+ completion)
- Stable 2-year contract role
- Office hours (no shift work)
- Company transport provided (from CCK & Lakeside MRT)
Working Shift
- Monday – Friday (8:00am – 5:45pm)
Working Location:
- Penjuru (Nearest MRT: Lakeside /Chinese Garden)
Key Responsibilities
- Process orders, invoices, and transactions using SAP
- Ensure timely Goods Receipt (GR)and Goods Issue (GI) entries
- Maintain stock accuracy and coordinate with warehouse team
- Perform stock checks and verify inventory physically when required
- Liaise with customers, sales team, and internal stakeholders
- Prepare monthly billing, KPI, and operational reports
- Handle administrative duties and resolve operational issues
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of logistics /supply chain / admin experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Knowledge of SAP / WMS systems is required
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills and able to liaise with stakeholders
