💼 Role: Lead Solutions Analyst
We are seeking an experienced Lead Solution Analyst to drive the analysis, design, and delivery of a tokenization platform for a leading financial institution. This role focuses on translating business and regulatory requirements into scalable, secure, and production-ready solutions across tokenized assets and digital payment systems.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise intokenization, blockchain/digital assets, and system integration, with the ability to bridge business, compliance, and technology teams to deliver end-to-end platform capabilities.
Job Roles & Responsibilities
Solution Analysis & Tokenization Design
- Leadend-to-end solution analysisfor tokenization platforms, including token lifecycle (issuance, transfer, locking, redemption).
- Definefunctional specifications, workflows, and user journeysfor tokenized asset use cases.
- Designtoken lifecycle models and state machinesensuring accuracy, traceability, and reconciliation.
- Translate business and regulatory requirements intoscalable solution designs.
Blockchain & Integration Architecture
- Define integration patterns betweenDLT/blockchain platforms and enterprise systems.
- Designon-chain and off-chain interaction modelsfor token processing and settlement.
- Integrate withpayments systems, core banking, treasury, and general ledger platforms.
- Define and documentAPI specifications and event-driven architectures.
Settlement & Payments Enablement
- Designtoken-based settlement flowsfor: Domestic payments, Cross-border transactions, & Interbank and internal transfers
- Ensuresecure, deterministic, and auditable settlement mechanisms.
Regulatory, Risk & Compliance Alignment
- Translate regulatory requirements intosystem controls and platform capabilities.
- Ensure compliance withAML/CFT, transaction monitoring, and audit requirements.
- Designlogging, monitoring, and reporting frameworksfor token activities.
Delivery & Engineering Collaboration
- Lead analysis acrossAgile delivery teams, ensuring clarity in requirements and solution design.
- Provide guidance ontoken logic, system behavior, and edge cases.
- Support QA in validatingtoken lifecycle flows, settlement finality, and reconciliation.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Collaborate withPayments, Treasury, Compliance, Risk, and Technology teams.
- Act as a bridge betweenbusiness and engineering teams, translating complex concepts into actionable requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors acrossblockchain platforms, tokenization engines, and digital asset solutions.
Job Requirements & Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience, with7+ years in solution/system analysiswithin banking or financial services.
- Strong experience intokenization platforms, blockchain, or digital asset solutions.
- Solid understanding of:Tokenized assets, smart contracts, and DLT concepts, System integration, APIs, and microservices architecture
- Event-driven systems and state machine modeling
- Hands-on experience with:API design (REST/JSON, OpenAPI/Swagger), Event streaming platforms (e.g., Kafka or equivalent),& Integration withpayments, AML, and ledger systems
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
Preferred / Advantage
- Experience withDLT platforms or blockchain frameworks.
- Exposure todigital assets such as tokenized deposits, stablecoins, or CBDC.
- Understanding ofdigital custody, wallet infrastructure, and key management (HSM/MPC).
- Experience incross-border payments and settlement systems.
- Background inregulated banking environments.
