Description
SAIC has an immediate opening for a Project Integrator and in this role, you will work directly with our customer to manage team coordination and serve as a critical point of contact in their absence. The Systems Integrator will be involved with technical projects that advance the client's strategic mission. This role requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual with excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordination and Communication:
- Act as the primary point of contact for project teams, stakeholders, and vendors when the customer is unavailable
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and communications for the customer
- Facilitate effective communication between team members, ensuring that all parties are informed of project updates and changes
Task Management:
- Ensure that project tasks are completed on time and to the desired quality standards
- Identify and escalate project risks and issues to the customer as needed
- Prepare and compile necessary documentation, such as meeting minutes and status reports
- Maintain organized and up-to-date project files and records
Technical Project Support:
- Assist customer leadership in tacking the execution of a portfolio of projects against project objectives, deliverables, and timelines
- Track project progress and performance, and provide regular updates to the customer and other stakeholders
Backup and Representation:
- Ensure that the customer is informed of any critical issues or decisions made in their absence
- Provide additional support to the customer as needed to ensure project success
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Must currently hold a TS/SCI and Poly clearance
- Bachelor's Degree, or experience can be substituted for the degree
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Ability to manage projects from initiation to delivery, including planning execution, monitoring and control
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and team members
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing project requirements or circumstances
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
