We are seeking a Financial Operations Analyst to support the Head of Datacenter Operations and global teams by driving financial reporting, cost governance, and operational insights. This role focuses on improving financial visibility, tracking operational spend, and supporting budgeting and reporting processes across global datacenter operations.
The ideal candidate has strong Excel/reporting skills, basic financial knowledge, and the ability to translate operational data into meaningful financial insights for leadership.

💼 Role: Financial Operations Analyst
What You'll Do:
Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare and manage financial and operational reports (weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc) for leadership.
- Track and monitor datacenter-related costs, including OPEX, vendor spend, and budget utilization.
- Support budget planning, forecasting, and variance analysis across global operations.
- Consolidate financial data from multiple sources to generate accurate and timely reports.
- Develop dashboards and presentations to provide insights on cost trends and performance metrics.
Cost Management & Governance
- Support invoice tracking, validation, and coordination with finance and vendors.
- Maintain and update financial trackers, cost models, and governance reports.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with internal financial controls, audit requirements, and policies.
- Support cost optimization initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
Operations Coordination & Reporting Support
- Coordinate cross-regional activities (APJ, Europe, Americas) to support financial and operational reporting cycles.
- Maintain documentation for audits, governance reviews, and management reporting.
- Support leadership with data-driven insights and ad-hoc analysis requests.
- Assist in improving reporting processes through automation and standardization.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in financial reporting, operations analysis, or similar roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (data analysis, reporting, dashboards).
- Basic understanding of financial concepts (budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, invoicing).
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to work with global stakeholders across multiple regions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive, independent, and able to handle confidential financial information.
