Job Description
Reporting to the Chef of the assigned pre-school and working closely with the Kitchen Team, Administrative Executive / Assistant will be responsible for assigned administrative jobs related to the day-to-day operations of the school.
Job Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in kitchen procurement data entry for schools
- Keep track of school food delivery report and kitchen equipment inventory
- Keep track of school catering number and event catering request
- Keep track of food hygiene checklist reports for schools
- Update school kitchen maintenance report timely
- Keep track of contract renewal of grease cleaning
- Update and keep record of food incident reports
- Assist to purchase safety shoes and uniforms as and when needed
Job Requirements
- Minimum qualification of a Certificate from accredited institute
- Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative skills
- Working experience in school setting is desirable
- Proficient in Microsoft and IT savvy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to multi-task and work independently
