E-Logic is seeking a
Mid-Level Developer to design, develop, and maintain applications supporting East Bay Municipal Utility District operations and digital services.
This position will be on call basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop scalable applications and system components
- Perform system integration and API development
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues
- Optimize performance and maintain code quality
- Support testing (unit, integration, UAT)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
- 4-7 years of development experience
- Strong programming skills (Java, .NET, Python, or similar)
- Experience with REST APIs and microservices
- Database experience (SQL/NoSQL)
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
Preferred
- Experience in government or regulated environments
- Cloud experience (Azure, AWS, GCP)
