About the job: We are seeking a secretary to provide secretarial assistance and support to the partners, associates and other fee earners in the Singapore Dispute Resolution team.
Reports to: Partners
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Document processing/production
- Filing documents via e-litigation
- File Management
- Preparing bills & invoices
- Conflict checks coordination
- Handle incoming calls and general enquiries
- Diary Management
- Travel arrangement
- Other ad hoc projects assigned by fee-earners
Person specification:
Education / Qualifications:
- An entry-level diploma in law holder or GCE A level holder
- 3 - 4 years of secretary / PA experience in legal industry
- Must have e-Litigation experience
- Good command of written and spoken English
General Skills:
- Possess basic competent legal research and drafting skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent IT skills; MS Word and PowerPoint
- Ability to prioritise and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- A good team player.
- Well organised, detail oriented.
- Friendly, approachable and flexible.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
