We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate engineer to join us in building the next generation intelligent customer-service dialogue system
You will be working on a core product that serves hundreds of millions of users. CSBot connects buyers, sellers, and customer service agents, enabling smart understanding and multi-turn conversations to efficiently resolve inquiries related to product questions, orders, logistics, and after-sales issues. Our goal is to significantly improve service efficiency and deliver a faster, more accurate support experience.
Job Description
- Develop and maintain e-commerce products and services
- Work on, troubleshooting and resolving model performance.
- Work with various teams to design and implement new features.
- Optimize various services to enhance link performance.
- Write good, clean and maintainable code.
- Work with the internal team on projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in at least Golang or Python programming languages.
- Understanding with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Preferred experience in large language model or search domains, application and architecture
- Experience with deploying and scaling machine learning models in a production environment.
- Familiarity with data engineering
