Provide administration support to the IT Operations Team that is deployed at the customer site.
Responsibilities
Submit service request tickets in ITSM (IT Service Management) when requested by the support teams or clients -> track and ensure they are completed to meet pre-defined turnaround time.
Help and assist in tracking the clean laptop counts.
Help and assist in scheduling appointments for various activities.
Keep track of the asset inventory in the storeroom.
Any other ad-hoc duties as required and assigned in relation to the administration support.
Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in similar job capacity preferred.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Basic knowledge in using ITSM tool will be an added advantage.
Basic technical skills in End User Computing Devices (EUCD) will be an added advantage.
Good communication skills in both oral and written.
