You will be part of the Workforce Transformation team support sector to drive job redesign scale up and adoption of the Community Care Career Track.
Drive initiatives to support the Community Care Sector’s in workforce attraction & transformation efforts
Engage and work closely with HR partners in the Community Care sector to encourage adoption of various manpower programmes
Manage the value chain of manpower programmes including conceptualisation, marketing, implementation, and administration of schemes
Administration support for meetings with internal and external parties including but not limited to ministries, consultants, and Community Care Organisations.
Manage any other ad-hoc sector projects as assigned
Job Requirements
Degree in any discipline with at least 2 years of working experience
Experience in project management or HR processes would be advantageous
Possess strong analytical and diagnostic skills, meticulous with a high level of integrity.
Strong ability to handle ambiguity and high work pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
