We are looking for a skilled Sitefinity Developer to design, develop, and maintain web applications using Progress Sitefinity CMS. The ideal candidate should have strong. NET development experience, hands-on knowledge of Sitefinity architecture, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain websites and applications using Sitefinity CMS.
- Create and manage widgets, modules, templates, and Sitefinity dynamic content types.
- Implement and optimize Sitefinity backend, frontend, and API integrations.
- Work with designers, content teams, and stakeholders to convert requirements into technical solutions.
- Manage Sitefinity configurations, deployments, and upgrades.
- Ensure website performance, security, scalability, and SEO best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in Sitefinity applications.
- Integrate third-party systems using REST APIs, JSON, and other web services.
- Participate in code reviews, documentation, and Agile ceremonies.
Requirements
- Strong experience in Sitefinity CMS (versions 10+).
- Proficiency in ASP. NET MVC /. NET Core.
- Hands-on experience with C#, HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Experience in Sitefinity Widgets, Custom Modules, and Dynamic Module Builder.
- Good understanding of Sitefinity APIs, OData, and personalization features.
- Experience with SQL Server and writing optimized queries.
- Familiarity with deployment frameworks (Azure DevOps, CI/CD is a plus).
- Knowledge of REST API integrations and caching strategies.
- Strong understanding of OOP, design patterns, and secure coding practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Good To Have
- Certification in Sitefinity Developer or experience upgrading Sitefinity versions.
- Experience with Azure Cloud, DevOps pipelines, and container-based deployments.
- Understanding of SEO, accessibility guidelines, and web performance optimizations.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
