What The Role Is
You drive the development, integration and application of Human Resource (HR) systems, people data requirements and HR processes for the Digital and Intelligence Service (DIS).
What You Will Be Working On
- Ensure DIS Personnel Management Centre's needs are incorporated into design and development of new HR systems
- Facilitate HR migration activities including on-boarding new/changed HR systems and applications
- Manage stakeholders and integrate HR data from old to new systems
- Provide timely treatment of data in support of various HR functions such as Performance Management, Promotion, Remuneration, Posting/Succession Plans, Awards, Exit Management, Change of Vocation
- Ensure HR data governance and access rights management
- Monitor team's efficiency and effectiveness
Challenge(s) - Managing large-scale data requirements within tight timelines across multiple organisational levels to support decision making
- Ensuring compliance with policies and organisational standards
- Managing data coherence and consistency while designing
- Overseeing implementation of HR processes spanning multiple stakeholders
What We Are Looking For
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in HR systems
- Experience with SAP and project management is advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Access
- Self-motivated with initiative to complete assigned tasks and monitor work activities timelines
- Excellent communication skills
