Responsibilities

Customer Support & Issue Resolution

  • Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers
  • Troubleshoot equipment, application, and process-related issues

Project Management & Coordination

  • Coordinate project activities between customers and internal teams (R&D, Production, Sales)
  • Support project timelines, deliverables, and milestones

Technical Training & Enablement

  • Conduct technical training sessions for customers and internal stakeholders
  • Prepare training materials, user manuals, and application guides

Market Research & Feedback

  • Gather customer feedback on product performance and requirements
  • Provide insights to internal teams for product improvement and development
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities

Customer-Side Sample Testing

  • Support and conduct sample testing at customer sites
  • Analyze test results and provide technical recommendations

New Equipment Validation & Management

  • Perform installation, setup, and validation of new equipment
  • Ensure compliance with customer specifications and standards

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics)
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Field Application, Technical Support, or similar role
  • Experience in semiconductor equipment / manufacturing industry is preferred
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset with good service attitude
  • Willingness to travel for customer support and on-site assignments
