Responsibilities

Customer order management (Receiving, delivery update, invoicing and closing)
Export logistic working (Booking, handling and all follow up related export logistic issue)
Delivery Scheduling as a bridge role of IC customer and Internal team.

Customer order management (Receiving, shipping and closing)
Promise date follow up for open orders (Internally checking and update to the customer)
Customer service response system follow up (E-order system, Salesforce , LTR )
Trading Item management to make correct ordering.
OEM customer order management.
Confirmed certification response
