About The Role

Key Responsibilities
Claims & Administrative Management
- Manage end-to-end accident and maintenance claims processes, from incident reporting to final settlement
- Review user reports and vehicle telemetry data to assess liability and repair requirements
- Liaise closely with insurance providers to facilitate efficient claims processing and maximise recovery
- Handle traffic fines, parking summons, and user-related penalties, including verification and billing to users
Site Surveys & Expansion Support
- Conduct on-site surveys for potential new parking and operational zones
- Assess site suitability based on accessibility, lighting, safety, and GPS connectivity
- Support operational expansion initiatives and deployment planning
Administrative & Operational Support
- Maintain accurate records for vehicle logs, onboarding checklists, and insurance renewals
- Process invoices for vendors and corporate clients with high accuracy
- Provide support for business development and fleet expansion projects
- Assist with day-to-day operational activities as part of the operations team
Requirements
- Valid Singapore Class 3 Driving License
- Minimum 1 year of experience in operations, claims, or administrative functions
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Familiarity with invoice processing or automation tools (e.g. ESKER) will be advantageous
- Prior exposure to automotive, mobility, or transportation industries
- Comfortable travelling locally for site surveys and operational duties
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
