About this role (SDR)

We are looking for a motivated, independent and smart professional to join our team as a Sales Development Representative. We see SDRs as the frontline of our company, helping people see our solution’s value and the success we want our customers to have. Most of the time, you will work on outbound activities, being our potential customers' first impression.

You will be working for a startup. Meaning strategies will change fast if needed. You will gain experience interacting with prospects from a great variety of industries. This stimulating and exciting role will test your communication skills, discipline, work ethic, and ability to stay focused and follow a plan. It is also a great apprenticeship where we will help you develop your sales skills.

You will conduct conversations with Innovation Managers, Innovation Directors, and Chief Innovation Officers about their innovation activities, learn about the progress they’re aiming for, and communicate how we can help.

Are you in?


You will:

  • Work on lead and pipeline generation
  • Qualify if there are business possibilities through telephone calls, email, or other forms of communication by introducing InnovationCast
  • Identify the decision-makers and what their needs are, and discuss how we can help them.
  • Schedule demo appointments for account executives
  • Come up with creative ways to engage with prospects


Qualifications:

  • Experience with outbound sales in a b2b environment
  • Fluent in English (mandatory)
  • Strong cold-calling skills and the ability to quickly create connections
  • Able to work independent (this is a must as we are a full remote company)
  • You have a passion for selling
  • You are proactive, enthusiastic, organized and you like to work for objectives
  • You are a people person and have an open and outgoing personality
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with non-technical audiences
  • Ability to listen to prospects and learn about their challenges, goals and needs
  • Great time-management and prioritization skills
