Purchase
Create, issue & monitor PO/DO.
Maintain proper record and filing.
Communicate & maintain good relationship with suppliers.
Maintain accurate records of purchases and pricing.
Assist in stock forecast and procurement and monitor inventory and cost control.
Assist to liaise with project team operations relating to equipment and materials requirement.
Assist to keep track the punch log of machines & equipment moving from site to site.
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Logistic Manager.
HR (Company Factory Converted Dormitory Control)
Registration and Deregistration of new and existing residents
Liaise with Dormitory Operators for FCD Disciplinary Matters
Monthly inspection at FCD with main HR personnel and Dormitory Operator
Manage FCD Welfare (dispensers, stationeries, waters & etc)
Any other ad-hoc duties
Requirements
Min of 1-2 years of experience in procurement, preferably in construction
Ability to multi-task and manage priorities under tight deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, and problem-solving
Proficient in MS Office.
