Purchase

  • Create, issue & monitor PO/DO.
  • Maintain proper record and filing.
  • Communicate & maintain good relationship with suppliers.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases and pricing.
  • Assist in stock forecast and procurement and monitor inventory and cost control.
  • Assist to liaise with project team operations relating to equipment and materials requirement.
  • Assist to keep track the punch log of machines & equipment moving from site to site.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Logistic Manager.

HR (Company Factory Converted Dormitory Control)

  • Registration and Deregistration of new and existing residents
  • Liaise with Dormitory Operators for FCD Disciplinary Matters
  • Monthly inspection at FCD with main HR personnel and Dormitory Operator
  • Manage FCD Welfare (dispensers, stationeries, waters & etc)
  • Any other ad-hoc duties

Requirements

  • Min of 1-2 years of experience in procurement, preferably in construction
  • Ability to multi-task and manage priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, and problem-solving
  • Proficient in MS Office.
