Job Description

Assist in real estate market research.
Assist in evaluating potential acquisition opportunities, including financial analysis.
Assist experienced members in preparing internal approval memos and other documentation.

Job Requirements

A highly motivated individual with a strong desire to learn about real estate investment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English
A meticulous and detail-oriented approach to work
Basic understanding of financial modelling and proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Good (minimum 2nd upper/ Distinction) GPA/CAP
Preferably background in Finance, Economics, Accounting and Real Estate. Open to other disciplines/ career change
