Responsibilities

  • Manage daily paperwork and coordinate tasks assigned by the Project Manager to ensure smooth project operations
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, record messages accurately, and take detailed notes to support communication flow
  • Prepare and distribute necessary documents for internal teams, building management, and clients to facilitate project progress
  • Schedule daily work assignments and arrange transportation for project team workers to optimize resource deployment
  • Oversee maintenance and repair scheduling for company vehicles to ensure operational readiness
  • Support coordination of workers on-site to maintain efficient workforce management
  • Assist in organizing and executing ad hoc projects or exhibitions as required to support company initiatives

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in business or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel to produce and manage project documentation
  • Experience in a Project Administration role to enhance task execution efficiency
  • Experience in ACMV or Construction fields to better understand project requirements and context
