QA Analyst (Offshore) - Banking Project

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled QA Analyst to join our offshore team for a banking project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both manual and automated testing, with a focus on delivering high-quality software solutions. You will be responsible for ensuring that our applications meet the highest standards of quality and functionality.
Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and execute comprehensive test cases based on functional requirements.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using frameworks such as Selenium WebDriver, Java, and TestNG.
- Identify, log, and track software bugs using tools like Jira, collaborating with developers to ensure timely resolution.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, usability, and system testing.
- Prepare detailed test reports and maintain documentation regarding testing procedures.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide feedback on testing processes.
Mandatory Skills
- Experience in Manual & Automation Testing.
- Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver, Java, and TestNG.
- Strong bug tracking and reporting skills using Jira.
- Excellent communication and commitment skills.
- Experience with IMS (Deal Breaker Skill).
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of banking domain and financial applications.
- Experience with performance testing tools.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
