Duties

Create CNC programs, plan tooling & fixture for Mill & Turn machining
Generate routing processes in ERP system
Estimate machining cycle time each routing processes
Perform technical planning and specification of the production process
Production schedule, loading & capacity
Liaise with customers for technical and specification require
Establish PMP (Process Management Plan) as per customer requirements
Analyze existing capacity & resources and propose for optimizing utilization
Technical support for daily manufacturing process including design jig & fixtures
Review existing processes and establish the best machining processes
Propose new ideas for continuous improvement
Mastercam / Solid cam

Requirements

Min. 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in precision Engineering
Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Post Graduate Diploma in Mechanical /Manufacturing Engineering field preferred
Strong in technical skill and able to read mechanical drawing
Possess knowledge of CNC & CAD programming, Solidwork/Solidcam, Mastercam
In-depth knowledge of machining processes
Efficient in Microsoft Office
Able to work independently and as a team
Handles multi-tasking and stress well
