Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations on the sales floor to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Ensure the store is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing to enhance the customer shopping experience.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure inventory levels are maintained and replenished as needed.
  • Implement and monitor store policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to keep the team informed and engaged.
  • Analyze sales data and prepare reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of new staff members.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Floor Manager or in a similar managerial role in the retail industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using retail management software and MS Office.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business administration or a related field is a plus.
