About The Programme
Our 2-year Graduate Programme starts in August every year, and is designed to give you a holistic understanding of our business, build your technical and leadership capabilities, and immerse you in our collaborative culture. You’ll experience:
- 10-week global orientation across Singapore, Oslo, and Aberdeen
- Functional and cross-functional exposures
- Mentorship and buddy support
- Capstone projects as a Cohort
- Visibility with senior leadership
Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking students in their final year of studies in:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Structural Engineering
- Electrical, Instrumentation & Telecommunications (EIT)
Ideal Candidates Are
- Curious and eager to learn
- Strong communicators and collaborators
- Adaptable and resilient in dynamic environments
- Strong academic record of accomplishment
- Fluent in English (oral and written)
