The Development Director leads end-to-end project development, from feasibility and site acquisition through construction and handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive project development strategy and execution
- Manage consultants, authorities, and key stakeholders
- Oversee budgets, schedules, and risk management
- Coordinate across design, procurement, and construction teams
- Support commercial and investment decisions
Required Qualifications And Skills
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 15+ years’ experience in infrastructure or data center development
- Strong commercial and leadership capabilities
- Proven stakeholder and authority management experience
