Responsibilities
JOB DESCRIPTION
Perform large-scale data cleansing activities to identify and correct inaccurate, incomplete, duplicate or outdated customer records.
Update and correct customer information across multiple systems in accordance with established data standards.
Notify customers via SMS/Email/Call for the update of customer information if required as part of the data cleansing process.
Adhere to defined turnaround times and productivity benchmarks when handling high data volumes.
Validate customer data by cross-checking system records against supporting documents such as application forms, identification documents, etc.
Investigate and resolve data discrepancies by reviewing source documents and coordinating with relevant teams when clarification is required.
Ensure data accuracy, completeness and compliance with internal data governance requirements.
Maintain a high level of attention to details to minimize data entry and correction errors.
Handle sensitive customer information in compliance with data privacy, security and confidentiality policies.
Requirements
Education: Polytechnic Diploma or Degree
Experience: Preferably minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience
IT & Computer Proficiency: IT-savvy with strong in MS Office; ability to work confidently with multiple systems and digital tools
Competencies
Strong attention to detail and accuracy and stay focus on repetitive, detailed intensive tasks
Good analytical and critical thinking skills.
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Delivers large workloads accurately within agreed timelines and data accuracy
