Position: Sales / Senior Sales Engineer
The Sales/Senior Sales Engineer is responsible for driving business growth by building
strong customer relationships, understanding customer needs, and promoting the range of
products we represent.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and develop new customer accounts across
industries.
- Promote and sell a variety of automation and technical products including proximity
sensors, filters, conveyors, pumps, motors, switches, light indicators, laboratory
supplies, UV curing systems, ultra-low freezers, torque drivers, and fabricated items.
- Provide support for existing customers, including handling enquiries, processing
purchase orders, coordinating deliveries, and managing feedback or issue resolutions.
- Deliver first-level technical and sales support in response to customer requirements.
- Work closely with partners and internal teams to meet customer expectations and
project requirements.
- Understand customer needs and analyze competitors to develop effective sales
strategies.
Preferred Background
- Experience in automation-related products such as DC/AC motors, sensors, drives,
pumps, switches, I/O & motion controllers, conveyors, or similar equipment.
- Product training will be provided internally and through our principals and partners to
build strong technical competency.
- Preferred with Diploma or Degree in Engineering
- Have sales experience servicing manufacturing companies or machine builders.

Basic Salary Range: RM4000 to RM6000 , depending on related experience

The main task of the Sales/Senior Sales Engineer is to develop sales from building

4. Manage partners and liaise with colleagues to achieve customers’ expectations and
requirements.
5. Understand customers’ needs and competitors’ in order to develop strategy to win
sales.
Prefer Sales with experience in dc/ac motors, sensors, drives, pumps, switches, IO & motion
controllers, conveyors, or automation related products. Internal training or from our
principals and partners to equip individual with competent product knowledge .
Takeiki provide very competitive salary package with higher than average compensation with
a Basic salary, transport allowance and commission if meet targets. Additional variable
increment and bonuses will be awarded for those who meet individual and company sales
goals.
Sales Engineer Job Scope

expectations and requirements.
- Understand customers’ needs and competitors’ in order to develop strategy to win
sales.
Requirement
- At least a Diploma in Engineering or related.
- At least 1 year of sales experience supporting manufacturing companies or in factory
automation parts, instrument or operating supplies or with brands like SMC, Keyence,
Omron, Yaskawa, Schneider.
