The Master Data team contributes to transforming finance processes and systems on a global scale. As part of our Global Finance Processes & Systems Optimization team (FPSO), you’ll be at the forefront of digitalizing our operations and driving the adoption of cutting-edge technologies like SAP S/4 HANA, Ariba, and PowerBi. You’ll play a pivotal role in our finance transformation journey.
In this dynamic role, you’ll lead the expansion of our Master Data Management (MDM) model in Asia, enriching content, and ensuring top-notch quality controls. With LDC Group’s ambitious systems modernization roadmap and analytics digitization plan, you’ll be instrumental in validating core master data integration across various applications (Front & Back Offices, CRM) during rollouts, replacements, migrations, and M&A initiatives. You’ll also model new master data references and processes, ensuring robust governance.
Collaborating closely with Data Technology & Analytics (DT&A) department (responsible for developments, configuration, and data migration operations), MDM Shared Business Services (SBS) (in charge of master data maintenance), as well as FPSO members from other streams, you’ll ensure the successful implementation and adoption of data standards and processes by business stakeholders. You will also act as the keeper of the Group practices and solutions and propose continuous improvements to fit business needs. You’ll coordinate different on-going systems implementation projects in your respective master data scope.
Main Responsibilities
We are looking for a Master Data Business Process Owner for the Asia region to lead the following activities:
Project Execution & Coordination
Data Migration
Overseas the full migration lifecycle: scoping, data collection, transformation, loading, and reconciliation
Review and validate pre- and post-migration data quality checks, especially for counterparties (e.g., name, address, tax ID, bank details)
Data Integration
User Support & Change management
The employee should have a good understanding of Master Data, appetite to interact with cross-functional & various project teams and have a strong process knowledge (best practices, key controls etc). He/She should also have a solid experience on IT projects, ideally related to Master Data processes for Accounting, Treasury, and Controlling.
Experience
7 years minimum of strong operational experience ideally mixing:
Master Data experience (processes, model, control framework, governance) across business applications (with strong focus on SAP) & other integration tools
Other skills (Computer Skills, etc)

Academics
Leading business school, Leading Engineer School, University degree in Business Administration with a major in:
Or BSc with equivalent experience and project management/methodology certificate
