Responsibilities:

• To manage and oversee all activities related to Quality Assurance and Quality Control.
• In-charge of Document Control Center (DCC)- ensuring changes in manual, procedures and forms all well updated and distributed & proper upkeep the ISO documents according to retention periods.
• Respond to customer complaint and lead team in problem solving and quality improvement plan between project management, Production & Warehouse and customer.

Job Summary

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, strategic planning, and

Logistics & Stakeholder Coordination

Reporting & Compliance

Role Purpose

You will own the full lifecycle and commercial performance of Teleport’s contract portfolio — the rates, terms, and capacity commitments we lock in with customers on a longer-term basis. This is not a back-office filing role. You are the person who ensures contracts are commercially sound before we sign them, that they stay current once live, and that we are strategically growing the share of our capacity that sits under contract.

You sit at the intersection of Sales, Finance, and Pricing. You will push the sales organisation on best practices, build the analytical frameworks that determine where and how much capacity should be contracted, and make sure nothing leaks between what we agree and what we bill.

Key Responsibilities

1. Contract Strategy & Capacity Planning

• Develop and maintain a target framework that determines how much of Teleport’s capacity per lane/market should be under contract vs. spot, balancing yield optimisation with volume security.
• Identify lanes and customers with low contract penetration. Work with sales teams to convert ad-hoc volumes into structured contract commitments.
• Before committing to any long-term contract, run a structured assessment against lane performance benchmarks, comparable customer terms, and margin thresholds — build and own this pre-commitment checklist.

2. Commercial Terms & Contract Quality

• Own the wording and commercial terms in all contract-rate agreements. Continuously improve standard clauses to protect Teleport’s position (e.g. Fuel Surcharge mechanisms, volume commitment definitions, penalty/ramp structures).
• Push best practices on the sales organisation: what a well-structured commitment looks like, how to negotiate volume floors, when to escalate.
• Ensure all necessary commercial information (lanes, surcharges, volume commitments, competitive context) is fully documented before any contract proceeds to approval.

3. Contract Lifecycle & Renewals

• Maintain the master database of all active customer contracts and bespoke rate agreements.
• Proactively trigger the renewal process 30–60 days before expiry. Flag contracts where terms should be renegotiated based on performance data.
• Initiate timely contract updates when market conditions, surcharges, or commercial terms change. Ensure no contract runs on stale terms.

4. Billing Accuracy & Finance Coordination

• Track and coordinate with Finance to ensure every contract is billed exactly as agreed — correct rates, correct surcharges, correct lanes.
• Perform regular spot-check audits: rates live in the Cargo Management System must match the signed contract. Troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies.
• Liaise with the relevant teams to ensure approved rates are accurately uploaded into the CMS.

5. Workflow & Approvals

• Act as the central follow-up point to keep rate proposals moving through the internal approval hierarchy without bottlenecks.
• Verify that all proposed rates align with Teleport’s pricing strategy and margin requirements before final sign-off. Flag deviations immediately.

6. Reporting & Process Improvement

• Provide weekly reporting on contract portfolio status: pending deals, renewal pipeline, penetration rates by lane/customer, margin performance vs. spot.
• Identify process pain points and propose automation or system improvements to reduce manual effort and cycle times.

Qualifications & Skills

• 3–5 years in air cargo, logistics, or freight forwarding — specifically in Pricing, Revenue Management, or Commercial Operations.
• You understand yield, contract structures, and what makes a deal good or bad. Not just data entry — commercial judgment.
• High proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, modelling). Experience with Cargo Management Systems. Comfort with data.
• Near-obsessive focus on accuracy. One wrong surcharge or missed renewal has real revenue consequences.
• Confident following up with senior stakeholders and sales managers. You keep things moving without being asked.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.

Success Metrics

• Growing share of total capacity/revenue under contract vs. spot, by lane and market.
• Days from rate request to system-live. Target: continuous reduction.
• Zero discrepancies between signed contracts and CMS entries / invoiced amounts.
• Percentage of contracts renewed or renegotiated before expiry (target: 100% touched pre-expiry).
• 100% of new contracts pass the lane benchmark and margin assessment before sign-off.
• Measurable reduction in leakage from stale terms, missing surcharges, or incorrect system rates.

• Verification & Audit: Lead the systematic audit of Air Waybills (AWB) to ensure shipments are captured at the correct rates and surcharges.
• Reprocessing: Manage the team’s workflow for reprocessing incorrectly rated shipments, ensuring revenue recovery and preventing billing disputes.
• Root Cause Mitigation: Work with cross-functional teams (CTOs, system, and finance) to identify why rating errors occur and implement system-level fixes.

4. Ancillary & Cost-Linked Pricing (Other Charges)

• Surcharge Management: Manage and update all "Other Charges" (Fuel Surcharges, Security, Terminal Handling, etc.) across the network.
• Cost-to-Price Synchronization: Monitor underlying cost changes (vendor increases, fuel fluctuations, or regulatory fees) and ensure these are timely adjusted within "Other Charges" to protect net margins.
• Ancillary Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities to introduce or optimize service-based charges to enhance total revenue per shipment.

5. Rate Lifecycle & System Integrity

• Agile Rate Updates: Oversee a team of Pricing Executives in loading and updating Contractual, Published, and Market rates in the core system with 100% accuracy.
• Market Benchmarking: Periodically review and adjust published rates to ensure Teleport remains competitive and aligned with current market demand and capacity shifts.
• System Efficiency: Work with finance and tech partners to streamline reporting and develop automated forecasting tools to increase productivity.

• Maintain a portfolio of select CRESS offtaker relationships (C&I corporates, GLCs, data centres, industrials) on a KAM basis — regular touchpoints, relationship health tracking, and demand signal monitoring.

• Build and maintain a live account brief for each managed relationship covering key contacts, current energy demand, RE commitments, pipeline status, and next actions.
• Identify and flag emerging project opportunities from managed accounts to the project development team and the BD team for action.
• Coordinate with BD on offtaker pipeline intelligence ensuring commercial signals from KAM relationships flow into the CRESS origination pipeline.
• Support the commercial structuring of CRESS project agreements in coordination with the BD team and legal counsel — providing market intelligence on pricing benchmarks, term preferences, and offtaker expectations.
• Track CRESS policy developments, tariff updates, and scheme amendments briefing the project development team on commercial implications.
• Prepare commercial summaries and offtaker profiles for investment committee submissions and financial close packages
• Track the data centre and hyperscaler segment as a priority CRESS growth channel monitoring announcements, capacity requirements, and sustainability commitments.
• Develop and maintain relationships with sustainability and procurement contacts at key data centre operators in Malaysia.
• Brief the project development team and Director on data centre pipeline intelligence quarterly.
• Submit weekly KAM status updates covering account health, new opportunities surfaced, and upcoming actions.
• Contribute to the monthly CRESS pipeline report with commercial intelligence and offtaker demand updates.

• 2–3 years in commercial development, energy sales, corporate RE partnerships, or account management ideally in the RE or energy sector.
• Experience managing B2B relationships with C-suite or procurement contacts.
• Familiarity with Malaysian corporate RE landscape CRESS, NEM, ESG commitments is a strong advantage.
• Commercially astute understands RE pricing, PPA structures, and corporate energy procurement motivations.
• Strong relationship management builds trust with senior corporate contacts.
• Analytical, able to maintain structured account briefs and identify patterns in demand signals.
• Collaborative, works fluidly between the technical CRESS team and the commercial BD function

• Lead the regional origination strategy — identifying, prioritising, and advancing utility solar project opportunities across Vietnam, Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand, and ad hoc markets.
• Own the ASEAN Power Grid opportunity — tracking cross-border corridor developments, bilateral power agreements, and interconnector projects relevant to the company's pipeline.
• Oversee the build-out of in-country subcontractor networks (solar installation, civil works, interconnection, cabling) as a strategic commercial asset.
• Direct the Regional SEA Development team in market intelligence gathering, local authority engagement, regulatory groundwork, and JV partner management.
• Represent the company in senior-level partner discussions, government briefings, and market-entry negotiations.
• Oversee the Malaysia land acquisition pipeline — ensuring sufficient land depth to support development targets across LSS, CRESS, and special projects.
• Direct the Assistant PM, Land Development and the land team in parcel sourcing, landowner negotiation, due diligence, and title resolution.
• Own strategic landowner and land aggregator key accounts attending critical negotiations and providing escalation support.
• Manage C&I offtaker and land aggregator key accounts on a KAM basis maintaining relationship health, surfacing pipeline intelligence, and escalating to the Director at deal-critical moments.
• Manage overseas partner relationships for all SEA markets JV sponsors, development co-sponsors, and in-country partners.
• Directly manage the Assistant PM, Land Development and Assistant PM, Regional SEA Development — setting KPIs, conducting monthly reviews, and developing both into future PM-level leaders.
• Oversee the performance of in-country leads (Vietnam, Philippines) through the Asst PM SEA.
• Deliver a comprehensive monthly pipeline report to the Director covering regional SEA origination, land pipeline status, key account health, and risks.

• 5–8 years in RE project development, land acquisition, or infrastructure development across Southeast Asia.
• Degree in Engineering, Business, Property, or related field. MBA or equivalent is an advantage.
• Fluent in English; additional SEA language proficiency is a strong advantage.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and in-country development pipelines.
• Track record of independently originating and advancing utility-scale RE projects to advanced development stage.
• Direct experience working in at least 2 SEA markets beyond Malaysia.
• Commercially strong, able to structure JV terms, evaluate project economics, and lead partner negotiations.
• People leader, develops direct reports deliberately, not just assigns tasks.
• Willing and able to travel extensively across SEA. This role requires physical presence in-country.
• Established network across SEA RE market, partners, contractors, government contacts.
