The part you will play

We are looking for an experienced People Operation Specialist to you will be an active contributor in a wide range of HR activities. As a People Ops Specialist, you will take charge of

• Handle onboarding, offboarding and transfer administration for all people movements such as new hires, promotions, transfers, re-designation, resignations and terminations
• Support new joiners’ onboarding and leavers’ offboarding process, including collating staff movement announcements, planning and executing teams orientation and other engagement programs such as office welcome tour, interns community program

• Lead the technical and commercial structuring of BESS components within utility solar tenders — defining system capacity, duration, cycling assumptions, and grid services capability.
