Experience-first. Intelligence-powered. Compliance at the core.

Humanforce is the unified workforce platform built for frontline and flexible teams. We bring together workforce management, payroll, HR, talent and benefits in one connected experience, so organisations can run compliant operations while improving the day-to-day experience of the people on shift.

Workforce complexity is accelerating: tighter regulation, workforce shortages, higher wage pressure, and rising expectations for flexibility and wellbeing. Many organisations are still running a patchwork of systems that do not share data. That fragmentation drives admin load, payroll risk, manager fatigue, and inconsistent employee experiences.

Humanforce connects the data across the employee journey and applies AI where it matters: in the flow of work. AI should take the paperwork, not the shift.

What Humanforce helps customers do:

➤ Optimise labour with smarter rostering, time and attendance, and demand-led scheduling

➤ Increase payroll confidence with connected roster-to-pay workflows and anomaly detection

➤ Reduce compliance exposure with built-in award logic, controls, and audit-ready workflows

➤ Hire and onboard faster with talent and HR automation designed for frontline environments

➤ Improve retention with mobile self-service, communication, and tools that give workers more control

Founded in 2002, Humanforce supports 2,000+ customers and helps manage 800,000+ employees across 90+ countries, with teams across Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and the United States. Humanforce includes the expanded capabilities of intelliHR and Ento, now unified under the Humanforce experience.

Purpose: Make work easier and life better for the people who power our world.

Decent Work-Life for HR Tech Professionals
Pros: The hybrid model is a huge plus; I usually work a few days from the Sydney office and the rest remotely. As a Software Engineer, it's pretty flexible when personal stuff comes up. The HR tech industry sometimes has crunch, but here it's usually manageable.
Cons: There are definitely times when projects stack up, and you end up working more than 40 hours. Especially during big product releases, the pressure can build. You have to be proactive about setting boundaries, otherwise, it's easy to get overwhelmed.
Advice to Management: Keep an eye on project scope creep, especially for engineering teams. It impacts our ability to maintain a healthy work-life balance and avoid burnout.
