Pros: As a Junior Software Engineer, the base salary was pretty decent, especially for a fintech startup in San Francisco. They offer good health insurance, which is a big plus. The 401k match is also solid, which isn't always a given.
Cons: While the pay is okay, annual raises aren't huge. There isn't much room for bonus payouts either. Some of the benefits like PTO could be more generous. It feels like they could invest more in employee perks.
