Pros: You get to learn a ton about Google Cloud and digital transformation projects. There's a solid team collaboration and the WFH option is decent on most days, which helps with flexibility.
Cons: Work-life balance can be a real struggle here, especially when project deadlines hit. As a Cloud Engineer, I've often worked past 6 PM, and sometimes much later. It's tough to consistently disconnect.
Advice to Management: Try to better manage project scopes and client expectations to ease the workload on the engineering teams. More focus on preventing burnout would really help retention.
