Decent Hybrid Work, Still Room for More Flexibility
Pros: The company does offer a hybrid work model, which is a big plus for a corporate environment like this. I could work remote a couple days a week, which really helped with my commute into the Chicago office. It's a solid perk in the global mobility industry.
Cons: True work flexibility outside of the set hybrid schedule isn't always there. Sometimes it felt like I couldn't shift my hours much, even for appointments. As a Relocation Coordinator, my day was often tied to client calls, making spontaneous changes tough.
Advice to Management: Try to give managers more autonomy to approve flexible hours beyond the standard hybrid model. It would really improve morale for roles like a Relocation Coordinator.

Okay for a Start, But Growth is Slow
Pros: The initial training for new Relocation Coordinator roles is solid. You learn a lot about international moves and logistics. It's also fully remote, which is great for work flexibility.
Cons: Career growth here is tough. There aren't many opportunities to advance beyond your current position. I didn't see clear pathways for promotion or skill development in this corporate environment.
Advice to Management: Management needs to create clearer career progression paths for employees. Invest in professional development programs to help people move up.

Benefits are okay, but pay could be better
Pros: The health benefits package is solid; it covers a lot, which is a big plus. I also appreciated the decent PTO accrual right from the start. It's good for a remote position.
Cons: Pay for my role as a Relocation Coordinator wasn't great. Raises were really small, barely keeping up with inflation. It felt under market value for global mobility roles, honestly.
Advice to Management: Seriously review the salary bands for entry and mid-level global mobility roles. Better compensation would really boost morale and reduce turnover for people like Relocation Coordinators.
